Reckless Operation: A person shall not operate a watercraft while allowing a person to ride on the gunwales, transom, covered or closed bow of a watercraft propelled by machinery operating in excess of wakeless speed. No person shall operate a watercraft in such a manner as to show willful or wanton disregard for other persons or property
