PWC Accident Reporting

An operator involved in a boating accident must render aid by stopping the vessel immediately at the scene of the accident and assisting anyone injured or in danger, unless doing so would seriously endanger the operator’s vessel or passengers. The operator must give in writing his/her name, address, and vessel identification to anyone injured.
